Information used by the service

Seevaro stores your account email, organization and brand details, confirmed competitors, buyer prompts, public website extracts, AI answers, citations, drafts, and implementation history. Billing is processed by Stripe; Seevaro does not collect payment-card numbers.

External processing

Public website content and prompts may be sent to configured AI providers, including OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic and xAI, to prepare your analysis. Supabase provides authentication and storage; Inngest processes background work. Resend delivers product email. PostHog and Sentry may process product events and diagnostic information when configured. Avoid entering secrets, private customer records or sensitive personal information in prompts.

Retention and control

Normalized evidence is retained with your brand so reports remain inspectable. Raw website HTML, when stored, is retained for seven days. Brand deletion removes associated product records and schedules storage cleanup. Provider retention is subject to each provider’s applicable terms.

Before public launch

The operator’s legal identity, privacy contact and jurisdiction-specific rights process must be published before public enrollment. This disclosure describes product processing and is not a substitute for those details.
